Fresh and delicious. You can add cooked shrimp or thin strips of scrambled eggs to these if you like. Spicy Peanut Sauce
A super fast yummy Peanut Sauce that is a snap in the Vitamix
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Water
- 4 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter or Cashew Butter
- 1 thumb size piece of Ginger, peeled
- 2 cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1-2 Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce or Honey and a chopped Hot Pepper
- 1 teaspoon toasted Sesame Oil
- small handful of chopped Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Tamari or Soy
- 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar
- Squeeze of Lime Juice
Instructions
- Whirl everything in the Vitamix until smooth add more of less Hot Chilis to taste
- SUPER FAST VERSION: mix 2 tbsp cashew butter with 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Teriyaki Aminos, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp rice wine, a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of dried peppers
