I don’t have a great picture of this (yet) but I get a big organic batch of Kale or Greens delivered every week. What doesn’t go into smoothies and juices gets tossed into a swirl of hot Olive Oil or Coconut Oil with copious amounts of Garlic, Smoked Sea Salt and a grind of Black Pepper. Saute with a small splash of water or broth about 3-5 minutes and top with some dry roasted Pumpkin or Sunflower Seeds.
