Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 1-2 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
- olive oil
- sea salt and pepper
- maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350f (180c)
- Lightly oil a cookie sheet
- Arrange squash cubes in single layer and sprinkle with seasoning and a touch of olive oil
- Roast 30 min. If you are using maple syrup, drizzle on before the last 10 min of cooking
